Just like to say that this new feature is awesome!!!!
Took a break for a couple months came back for a little pvp and you rope me back in with this new toy!!!
One of the best things about it is when PvP starts getting heated it will snowball with players wanting to feed thier bloodlust!!

Due to popular demand... added a new chat command:

Code:
"/enablepknotify" With this enabled, you will be notified whenever a player is PK'd
"/disablepknotify" Opposite of /enablepknotify


PK notification is disabled by default.

it is really cool, and a lot of fun. heh, it adds a bit of glory to the goal of pking someone.

Is it possible to increase the time that I see the announcement over my head? It disappears so quickly, I barely have time to read it, and I dig through my log to see what happened because now I want to know ;)

three towns does something similar, every pk goes over shout, with a random phrase for each one eg. SomeUnsepectingLowbie of The Circle has just been gutted by Shilo [IO] of The Shadow Legion :mrgreen:

It has inspired me to make a wailer just to see how many notifies I can stack up at once.

I think it should show on the chat log instead of the combat log. Not so much scrolling if you are in combat.
[IO] is the way to go!

geez, then id have no way of knowing i just killed a bunch of people :shock: thanks for clearing that up for me eve :mrgreen:

obviously, i wouldn't need to see it for myself, i think it would be funny for the rest of the server to suddenly see 5-10 pk messages at once though, i'm sure it was quite a show yesterday!

i like the chat log idea though, so much chatter in my battlelog, would this be possible or worth the trouble?
