Allo.. started this thread so we could list and give thanks for in game encounters with "The Powers that Be"
Last night Boccob made his presence known (bout jumped off my chair when the air spoke after a nastly lil battle with Giants). Boccob then continued to tease and torment us to our everlasting delight. Had a new player in our 4 then 3 toon group and they stayed up till 4:30 am (thier time) to enjoy the relentless assault of arrachnids.
Thanks Boccob.. the Uncaring
Also thanks to the Diamato twins, who stumbled upon our lowbie group and proceeded to do what the spiders coulndt. Wipe our merry band off the face of the Mountain.

I should be in Vegas.. with this luck.. yup another encounter..
This time with Ice Giants.. and Ice brawlers.. Ice archers on all the walls... thank the Gods Arkangelas was able to find hand holds to climb up or we never had peace...
even then.. no peace.. we went deeper.. there was more spell casting than a Garagoth Arcanist Convention.. and I dont mean ours.. though we had one of those 'arcanist' with us..
It was like Hell froze over.. to prove the point.. at several times there was a PwnD and TSS standing shoulder to shoulder in battle..
Ooopps I wanst to mention that.. never mind.. you saw nothing..

Thank you Brandabaris for the event earlier today. I do apologize for any halflings that were injured in the making of the event but it was fun for as long as I was there. I had to depart early since I was only on dinner break but I did enjoy slaying the innocent halfl... errr.. minions of Lolth.
