changes to Shadow dancers

Alot of other servers have bioware trueseeing available on items, or havent changed the spell at all. This biowares version of trueseeing allows for constant instantaneous detection of all hidden/invisible/sanctuaried beings. Alot of that is why it is not as big of a deal on other servers all the main casters get that spell and it would also likely available on gear.

As far as gear, there is alot of good slashing gear out there, if youve found nothing better than 10% you havent even been to sunken isle and are relying on level 13 purchasable stuff.

Have been to sunken isle many times. Just found some better armor there finally. Just cuz I'm new doesn't mean I don't ask around and follow advice, but all the advice and direction in the world still don't get certain items to drop until they do.
