Mules Wiped & Sent back to Planar Rift

i logged into the RR mules today to find that all the jewellry mules had been sent back to the planar rift and reset with all their gear gone for some reason, 5 mules in total and only the jewellry ones, i have no idea why this happenned nor can i explain it. basically we've lost the entire guilds collection of jewellry from 16-40.

i remember reading something like this happening to korr but cant remember why

Korr aperantly got the option to press 5 on login and did so..

Thats what happened to me, the response I got from DM/Devs was "that sucks".


(note: Cely told me that backups stopped working a few months before my incident, therefore nothing could be restored.)

This seems to be happing more and more anychance of some advice of what to do if this happens from the devs and or dms?

I haven't ran into it happening randomly myself, but I know that if you login and hunt through all of the neversummer info (option one) then look through the keyword info (option six) it sends you back to the login screen you get for a new character, with 5 options including configure subrace, which I assume would glitch your toon and make it unplayable.

Oh its playable, it just looses every item at the least.
