Sorry if this has been answered but i tried to search and it always comes up with an error message.
I just hit 32 Barbarian and took this feat. It actually is doing nothing, the wiki says :
Type of Feat: (Epic) Class
Prerequisite: Barbarian 21, Str 21, Con 21, Greater Rage
Required for: None
Specifics: When the barbarian uses Mighty Rage in addition to Barbarian Rage, the character gains the following bonuses:
+1 AB
+1 to all Saves
+5 Bludgeoning Damage
Character Level + 1 of Temp HP
Use: Selected
The description states that Barbarian 21 is needed, but only 20 levels are actually required.
Anyone Know if its been disabled, i asked on shout and a kind TSS person told me its broken even pre-wipe. Just dont want to burn feats on a feat starved pure barbarian, and any info on Thundering rage working as per wiki or not would be most appreciated as well.

Re: Mighty Rage Feat
after you rage, you must then separately activate mighty rage. i have 2 hotbar slots.. 1 for rage 1 for mighty. you get 3 mighty rages per day.
dunno about thundering rage... most barbs i know skip it since it looks to be of such marginal utility (and may do nothing at all if you're wielding a weapon that already deals sonic damage).

Re: Mighty Rage Feat
When I asked about the rages my official response was "Weve changed the rages with respect to the pure barbarian abilities". So if you figure something out (because disastro has it right normally for mighty rage) let us know.

Re: Mighty Rage Feat
Yep, it works You were right - must activate it seperate and you get 3/day.
On the other issue the sonic damage from thundering rage doesnt stack if your wpn allready has sonic ? what about the 1d6 magic damage a pure barb gets at 30 something does it stack if your wpn has magic damage already ?

Re: Mighty Rage Feat
dunno about the magic damage stacking. i will have to experiment with a holy dwarven mace. i dont know how the extra damage dice rules work: i think there's a difference between effects that do "extra damage dealt to any weapon you wield" (which seems to stack,) and "extra damage dice applied to this weapon you are wielding when the bonus is first activated" (which doesnt seem to stack.)
for example, flame weapon spell falls into that second category and will not help a weapon that already deals fire damage inherently. i think its because each weapon has a damage dice "slot" for that type, and if it's already taken it doesnt stack with additional dice of that same type. (if that makes any sense).
but for example the new war cry adds 2d4 sonic damage to whatever you are wielding, and that DOES seem to stack with the extra sonic damage a pure bard gets thru song. i dont know if war cry will stack with rk darkflame (sonic) or on weapons that already deal sonic inherently.
mighty rage works just like it says on the box for a pure barb at least. a goofy second use for mighty: terryfying rage gives you the fear aura, but it doesnt last as long as your pure barbly enhanced longer rage. so you end up in a situation where the fear aura is down yet you are still raging. but if in that terrifying downtime you activate Mighty Rage (if you hadn't already used it this rage), the fear aura comes back until the natural end of your rage a few rounds later.
i like to use it that way for xp grinding (on a team with haste) so i can keep the visual indicator of rage onscreen (green fear aura) without having to have the character sheet up.

Re: Mighty Rage Feat
If I remember correctly (its been a while sry) the magic damage stacks onto the weapon youre carrying if it already has magic damage.

Re: Mighty Rage Feat
I thought it was all based on weapon buff vs. 'aura' buff...
Weapon buffs: Darkfire/flameweapon/azer fire ability/bless weapon/holy sword/blood thirst/etc..
Aura buffs: Rage/Bardsong/Warcry/Bless/Aid/Prayer/Ava/faction job damage/etc...
So far as i have experienced as a general rule; weapon buffs override and do not stack, aura buffs stack.

Re: Mighty Rage Feat
the big question is: what kind of damage buff is thundering rage.
