I almost let Nerf Everything but Bard Day go by...

Warcry: damage bonus is sonic now. Removed the fear part (nerfs Felice, etc...but oh well).

Continuing on my reasons for not multiclassing your bard into fighter/BG/WM/PM/CoT/etc... theme, Bard Song by a pure bard (only bard levels): The bard gets a sonic damage bonus per

Song may not be the best place for this given length of duration and number of uses. Trial phase for now ;)

Bigby on the low-impact rework/debug list. Maybe a few other things, time and interest depending.

Edit: Bigby 7, 8, 9 doesn't "stack" if the target has that spell on them already. Soundburst hopefully, finally won't spam damage 10k times now.

-Added {GODS} Guild Hall

-Players who are hostile to their own faction (reputation of 10 or lower) cannot bind in their own faction areas, and auto-bind to Avendell. While hostile, they can bind to areas they normally could... just not their own. So Frost Dale, Western Slope, and Avendell are still ok.

-Relic XP bonus now scales based on reputation. Faction reputation is a number between 0 and 100, where 100 is friendly and 0 is enemy. So if a player has done some hostile things (like attacking guards) to their own faction, and drops their reputation to 80, they only get 80% of their relic bonus. So, if they normally would get a 30% relic bonus, they'll only get about 24% instead. Having a reputation of 0 means you get no relic bonus, and having a full 100 reputation with your faction (default on character creation) means you get the full relic bonus.

- Some area nerfs.

-Added NPC healers in faction temples. Costs 100gp per level. Cleric will cast Greater Restoration. There's also a healer in Avendell.

Catching up on the last week:

- Chain Lightning nerfed to d8s, scripting changed.
- Dragon Eyrie has a new area.
- Aasimar aura wasn't hitting the caster.
- Some area redressing.

Catching up:

- Bugs, bugs, bugs, some of them that we didn't make.
- Speaking of bugs: fixed annoying one in Creeping Doom. Upped initial damage to 5d6, adds a die every round it's up. SR applies to the initial damage roll (which isn't much, like 4d6) and the move speed hit.
- AoEs in general: fixed a check that wasn't being processed that only allows one per spell type per caster. Don't know how much I like it or not yet.
- Enforcing the speed limits on what abilities like the haste spell are supposed to do. Better than it was, I'll put feedback on it tomorrow.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!

As in added measure of security, you must be using the same CD key you used to create a character in order to log in that character. We realize this can be very inconvenient to some people's accounts, so we've added a few chat commands:

"/disablesecurity" - Disables CD key check for character. (must be logged in using original cd key to do this)
"/enablesecurity" - Re-enables CD key check for character.
"/checksecurity" - Check whether or not security is enabled/disabled.

-Fixed Archangel's holy pulse attack from doing multiple damage to a single target. Also lowered his melee presence a tad.
-Fixed last area of Illithid Colony and put some reward at the end.
-Fixed a "TOO MANY INSTRUCTIONS" bug.

-No more player list when you connect to the server, in other words your classes/level is hidden from the "Player List" tab when you connect to the server.

-Lowered Divine Might damage to +1 divine damage per charisma modifier point for Paladins. Divine Might now works the same for Blackguards, Clerics, and Paladins. Damage cap is now +20 (with a 50+ charisma).

-Divine Wrath damage reduction lowered:

20 CoT levels: 15/+7
15 CoT levels: 10/+6

 5 CoT levels:  5/+5
-Divine damage bonus from Divine Wrath is cut in half for non-evil creatures.

-Saving throw bonus from Divine Wrath has been removed. Champions of Torm still keep their crazy high saving throw bonus from every other CoT level.

-Purple Dragon Knight's Heroic Shield ability delay between uses is now 6 minutes, and Heroic Shield now also gives immunity to curses and Curse Song. Only works on non-evil allies. No longer a free action.

-Purple Dragon Knight's now receive a trumpet (at 5 PDK levels) which they can blast once every 25 minutes using the Final Stand feat. Final Stand gives the following bonuses to all non-evil allies in 20 feet:

-A +1 to attack bonus, dodge AC, and universal saving throws per 2 charisma modifier points of the Purple Dragon Knight.
-Temporary hitpoints equal to d20 per Purple Dragon Knight's charisma modifier.
-An extra attack.
NOTE: Players who receive the bonuses from Final Stand cannot receive them again for another 25 minutes, even from another Purple Dragon Knight. EDIT: Almost forgot. Duration of Final Stand is 2 rounds per charisma modifier.

-New chat command, "/renamesummon". Use this to give your summon a custom name... for example typing "/renamesummon Bob" will rename your current summon to Bob and next time that type of summon is summoned, it will automatically gain that name again. The new name only sticks that type of summon, so if a Blackguard were to summon a Black Devil and name it, then summon a penguin and name it something else, each would have its own specific name. If a summoned creature is created, it takes about 2 seconds before the name is changed (had to do this to bypass an annoying Bioware bug). Also sometimes the name may not appear to have been changed for you when it has for other players... usually transitioning to another area fixes this. Name changes should stick even after a server reset. Max characters for a name is 32. Does not work on dominated creatures (like animals dominated with animal empathy).

Capturing a relic for your cradle once again improves your reputation with your faction (small random amount). If its your faction's relic the bonus may be a little bit more. Capturing your ally's relic at your ally's cradle can improve your faction status with your ally. If your relic is dropped while on route from one cradle to yours, you won't receive the reputation bonus.

EDIT: Also if you steal your ally's relic from their cradle and then return it back to your ally's cradle, you won't receive a reputation bonus with your ally's faction... it must come from an enemy cradle.
