summons leaving a loot pile

Ok im in the rock peak maus, and my summoned celes dire wolf (2 focus feats behind it) takes on a ghoul that has used a fire shield pot. They both kill eachother with their last attacks, and my summons leaves behind a loot pile. Masterwork steel heavy armor, 2 bladed axe, kukri and some other misc. stuff.

He's never left a drop pile behind before, so im wondering if it has something to do with the fact they both killed eachother at the same time, and the ghoul was carrying items?

On that note, I have seen some animals leave loot piles now in places like Dark Forest. Bears carrying around axes, whats the world coming to....

perhaps your summon was pickpocketing the undead??

it is quite alarming that all the wildlife of Aetheria seem to carry around some gold coins in their bellies.... perhaps gold grows on trees?? And how exactly does a wolf throw a thunderstone?? I've seen it happen, but i still don't belive it!

I doubt that when bear eats someone he takes time to spit gold and items they had. Its to tasty to care about that!

Ha, that's not as hilarious as an animal casting from a scroll. I've seen it happen. Though gold dropping: I just take it you sell the pelt... Just don't have to run to the shop first.
