not getting riftwell scrolls on toon creation?

i'm not sure if all new toons are now supposed to be created with riftwell scrolls; but my toon from LA (catsong) has not gotten any...any way i could pick some up somehow?

Now i don't have the DE option or the Portal system, it's like playing ns3 without the haste items. I'm doing ok, but there will be a time i am sure when i will really need them.

Currently portal scrolls are no longer given out. You must locate a Strange Pedestal, hidden away in various arcane locales among the factions, and craft some for your character therein.

I suggest asking around, perhaps an ally or enemy might be able to educate you, for a price...

i thought i just read in the Q&A that new toons were still getting some to start off with....and what about pure fighters in a faction that is rarely chosen. i have no other LA members on that i have seen, much less a wiz or sorc to make them for me. and this toon was created like a week ago, and didn't get the scrolls then. . . so any new switch to no scrolls for new toons shouldn't have penalized him. He didnt get any back when everyone was gettin some.

come on guys, give me a hand, not a grin.

Send me a PM when you're logged in and I will reciprocate any missing scrolls. There was a period of a day or so where some new PCs would not get any, but I fixed that bug a while back.

How about giving them to the guys on Reflections since the player base is as small as it is and can ill afford to lose players to frustration.

as an aside, it seems that if u can drop them for other players, you shouldn't.
