Winnower of Bones

Does the quarterstaff that the Winnower of Bones uses ever drop?

I have spent a lot of time running around HoD hoping one would drop. Maybe I have bad luck?

Sure does look like a dire mace, but I'm pretty sure its a quarterstaff, and I think I have seen it drop which is why I think I know its a quarterstaff.
