Rashka shape dispell needs looked at?

I tried in on a pure wiz with lots of buffs... including epic warding. Couldn't drop a single buff.

I tested the Rakshasa greater dispel, and it seems to work fine... couldn't dispel much... it casts the same Greater Dispelling spell that everyone else can cast. What am I missing?

You tried it on an earth gen? bard? gith? drow? etc..? If not I have some toons you can test it on... if you're on when I am.

And also -- can it not be cast an unlimited number of times?

If an effect "fails" on 1 or 20 is an auto sucess, it might explain what happens since unlimited alows spamming.... Spam something enough ties and you are bound to get it sooner or later if 1 or 20 as automatic success.

That needs fixing.

Also... Is there any way the DEVs can bring back the ability to BLESSing crossbow bolts that adds the property 'On Hit: Slay Rakasha'?? That might help balance some things out a bit ;] Also, Rak's seem to have bioware trueseeing, and knockdown immunity, and that staff can be nasty!

And some testing needs to be done with the undead shapes... from what I have seen heal spells have no effect -- but I'm not entirely sure that SR blocked this or not?

I'm going to make my own shifter and start experimenting with this stuff...
