Alkapwn and Fricebottle

The crafting station sign, that is located next to your tailor loom, has 2 different xp/realtime amounts for each level. The second amount is much higher than the first. I believe that the two of you will have to reach the second amount in order to advance to the next level or your craft. Once that higher xp amount has been reached, and the higher amount of realtime has passed, you should progress to the next level of your craft. Alkapwn, in your case, you may not see the congrats/lvl up your craft script, until you go to a Master Artisan crafting loom.

Please post here your progress, and/or more questions. This is good info for all those that are crafters, or those that plan on building crafters.

Thank you Jebbo for taking the time to respond to my concerns, however I do have extensive experience with crafting here on NS4 and believe that your suggestion although a good one will not help in my situation. Sorry Jebbo I admit it was quite a uncouth reply.
Thanks Dalan ill try your suggestions although I believe I already sank 8k xp into crafting at the Flowing way Crafting station. Ill go back and sink some more in and let you know.

With regards to the 2 numbers on the signs next to the crafting stations: The shorter time and larger xp is the normal way to do it. If you wait the longer time it'll cost the smaller amount of xp to level up.

I've already surpassed the maximum on both. Advancing to Artisan requires 8 Days Maximum and 8,000 XP maximum. I've over 8k Xp as Master Crafstman and its been at least 9 days by now. I'll try going to the Way of the Cloth, but since I'm not even Artisan yet I'm not sure if that will help. But who knows.

Alkapwn: I believe the higher xp amount to make Master Artisan is 16k.

I will look for both of you and Fricebottle ingame to help you.

My monk tailor is Master Craftsman, I can't even attain Artisan. i pumped all the xp i could into it and it didnt level up. still says im having increasing difficulty .... I play on reflections mostly at the moment. Its not a dire situation or anything i have another tailor there I'm just wondering why i can't advance.

*jokingly* Are you sure you haven't tried another location, because I don't think that idea has crossed anyone's mind here. *jokingly* :P
It was hard for me to accept too, 1st time I heard these words. I let them take away my pain. Just as you will change when you realize you can be embraced by Lolth's blessing, those of you who will right now, drop to your knees, and ask to be purified.

I got the same problem on my Githzerai monk. Master craftsman was the highest I reached, I tried time and time again all over the map all the way up to 40 and no such luck.

Alternatively you can spend 1 million XP crafting and I think the script will think you are a master artisan regardless ;)

'bump'

This thread has some good information about crafting, for all you new players out there.

I believe the end result was that most agreed that Bards make for better tailors, lol.

Can you Multi-Class to get these levels? I know it's not allowed for Monk/Bard Tailor since you can't be a Monk/Bard but let's say for Fletching. Can you make a Bard/AA and still get to MA level Fletching? If so, do these levels stack or treated seperately?
