daylight/sunshine ?

Does it always rain outside any city ? Does daylight show up sooner or later ?

weather is percentage based, but some areas rain alot more then others.

Does the night/day affect the type/strength of the ai creatures?
I was thinking of socializing in the day and leveling up at night if the creatures are harder at night.

There are some areas where venturing into at night can make things ever so much more intersting than going into when its daytime out.
