Jorans empty posts ?

I was wondering why there is a empty post by Joran in all of the posts in the Document section

i think they are there just to bump the posts.

i tihnk that is there so we know he may add more to the at times....

Or it could mean the complete opposite that he is done adding

It's to order the posts =) By default they are ordered by the date of the last topic posted, but I wanted them more of a menu-style with a fixed order. Hence, the empty posts.
