Unable to request new password for old account (suffix _ns3)

Hi, i've not been around here for a good few years and was just popping by to see what was up. I attempted to log into my forum account Smoke_ns3 (Had to register to find it as it was initially just Smoke, assumed there was some board changes and switch overs so I'm guessing that's why it's got a suffix of _ns3 on it)

I attempted to reset it and it said I was unable to do so, can't remember the exact reason but I'm assuming you've probably seen the issue before.

Just wondering if one of the mods/admins around here could give me a hand resetting it please. I still have access to the original email address it was registered with if proof is needed.

Thanks for the password change, however I can't see any of the forums/sub forums once I log in, it's like the permissions have been reset and as such I can't see anything. Could anyone fix that for me please?

soooo i'm back again..... wondering if this can still be fixed? I'd like to be able to browse the forums on my Smoke_ns3 account.
