Based on this thread, what are the chances of getting a forum for trade?

As concluded, it would be for character to character, not player to player. There would be no guarantees of any sort.
Possibly subcategories based on item types.
Items to be deleted after 2 weeks or sold. Moderator to clean up based on timestamp and items sold.
