New Forum BBCodes

Added some new BBCodes to the forums today that allow you to embed some more content and change the formatting of posts a bit.

There's buttons for all these when you go to compose a message.

You cannot use certain BBCodes: [flash].

It seems that we are unable to use the Flash code. Is that intentional?

Nope - didn't realize a separate permission had to be set to allow that. Try it now...
