so if you have to download the content then what is to keep people from barrowing NS5 scripts?

and by the way i would be more than happy to go buy the game if you need some early beta testing done. wouldnt hurt my feelings a bit.

You don't download all the content - you download the walkmesh files which contain the height changes of the areas. Which, I guess you could technically glean some information from, but it wouldn't be too terribly useful. Scripts all stay serverside.
