The Word on Warlocks?!?

I haven't purchased nwn2 yet, but I soon will.

I have perused the manual and player's guide.

Have any of you played a Warlock? I would love
to find out anything about them.

The new warlock class seems quite interesting. &)

everything i've heard about them tells me they are one of the most unstoppable forces on NWN2

It's okay - played through the OC with one. Not as powerful as a caster, but dishes out constant low to mid-range damage. Can get a little boring in the campaign with it though when you're using the same spell attacks over and over again. Will be really powerful esp on PW's with strict resting rules.

Might be some interesting multiclass uses for it to make a good balance of melee and caster, but I relied on the spells mostly.

Anything with UMD can pretty much waltz through the campaign (even my monk cross-class). It'll take a rest-limited environment for Warlocks to shine more, for the campaign just play a nova character. Or a non-nova cleric
