Bad News

Your guys utter lack of creativity is astounding. Is the Mountain the single place you can think to take over? I mean really, theres the planes, Frostdale, Amazons, Hadden Mirk, etc.

For the love of god, does it never occur to you that theres no glory or honor whatsoever in killing pre-epic people with epic characters? Try a Planar Take-Over, would be challenging, new, and quite interesting.

Concerning Rift Points. Yeah, the newbie Rift Point in LA is in the City Hall with the Old Man Cranston. The second one is accross the street in the temple. The third is in the Half-Eaten Goat. The fourth is in the main LA barracks with Sir Pepin. The fifth is in the South Wall Barracks Outpost.

I'm not fluent in SL at all, I do know the newbie point is in the starting baracks where jobs are yet to be implemented. Other than that, I'm not actually sure where a second might be. Probably another one in the Menzoduran area since the barracks in in the Shadow Legion area.

Newbie point for Ragnar's Kin is at the Upper Stronghold near the dwarf who sells you the newbie gear and the introductory story dwarf (also in front of -BB-'s Guild Hall). The second is in the Tavern where we drink the ale. As far as I'm concerned thats all there are in RK.

Thanks for the info, had no idea LA had so many spawn points.

They take over mountain because otherwise everybody just ignores them... gotta be moderately travelled or nobody cares.

North of FD or in Xroads could be better spots...?

tried SL before when i started. and hated the commander there for not giving me any job (only to know that the job in SL is nto implemented yet

). moved to LA anyways. and from my observation both LA and SL have the same spawn point. their Barracks and their Temple. so i guess its same to assume that this goes to other faction.

Temple is SL spawn point? Do they have two temples? Because the relic is in the Temple of Lolth...

Exactly, thats why I'm not sure where their second one is. Undoubtedly they must have a second one, because they have two areas. Shadow Legion and Menzoduran. The Barracks in the Shadow Legion Area is the newbie point, but I have no idea where the one in Menzoduran is. It wouldn't make sense to have the relic next to a bind point....

SL doesn't have 2 bind points. the barracks is the only one....only the weak need more than one.

you don't know where the bind points are? Try getting your lazy behind out and explore.

When I explore hostile cities, it's usually just for relics or gear. The weak hold little interest for me.

Really? I was thinking there might be one in the Tower of Wizardry or in one of the Houses. Theres multiple buildings in Menzoduran for a second bind point.

I knew there was a second SL point somewhere, can't believe I forgot Shanyr. I ended up getting lost and heading there too many times....

On a side note, theres a sixth LA bind point in Evenshire
