Name change request

Ok, so i logged in ns4 today after a little while of playing my character named 'Ragnar' since it's the same name i used in antiworld ctf + ns3.5

found out that i keep getting booted/kicked, mainly because i think the fact that theres a ragnars kin faction

is there any way i can get a character name change? this character was powerful to me, would love to get back in asap if possible

last i heard i would be needing a dev's help on this, but i think i am banned from ns4 because of the name

that name wouldn't get you banned...is it the same cdkey as original creation?

no sir, bought a new copy due to my old one being misplaced

that would be why you can't get in..we've upgraded our security on toons since then.
