I have a level 40 [FoN] toon, my friend. I have lived on both sides of that fence, and experienced which has greener grass. Hell for that matter I was in [RR] before we became so closely associated with PWnD, and my experiences since that has happened are so vastly different I don't really expect you to believe them, if I hadn't lived them I wouldn't either.

FWIW, while there are a couple of players in other factions I don't particularly like, in general I believe the player base on NS4 is populated by good peeps. I certainly don't bear any grudge towards the FoN guys, they treated me very well, and I only left because our factions went to war with each other during a time I was away from the game.

I complain against what I honestly believe is unjust, and I have many many reasons for that particular conclusion.
This is, perhaps, material suited for a different thread. On this unrelated topic, I could personally cite a wide variety of inflamatory remarks and deliberate provocations by AO/RK guilded players during my comparatively very short tenure on this server, so I find it very hard to believe that you see "no reason" why PWnD/RR/tLB are subject to DM sanctions (much more so antagonism from NC/TC/MA/SL, where we are free to do whatever we like within the bounds of the NS commandments). Are you really unaware of the actions taken and words spoken by your allies, or do you simply think that nothing should be done in response?

I will say nothing more on this subject in this thread.

Nevermind. I've sidetracked Gorm's thread far enough, and I'll send my angry rant in PMs to burra and Rufio rather than dragging everyone into it.
Really? I would far rather enjoy reading such splendiferous debates as will arise, the joy I get in seeing rants never diminishes :)

One bad, or misguided deed out shines a dozen good actions.. This is the cross every guild/faction bears.. Making each individuals efforts to remain noble all the more important, as is a guilds ability to police its own for the greater good of the guild.
While Twig and I try to, and sometimes fail, to stay out of the shout slinging. We are not above sending tells and PM to guild members and allies, addressing actions or words that reflect badly upon the guild or the TNC alliance. With luck this thread might encourage each individual to strive for more than the status quo in ettiquite and actions. And if not the individual, then may the collective police thier own.

(TNC = The Northern Circle)
Twig (TSS) - Twig [CLAD] - Twigs -Fury- - SyNfully Rotted Twig - Twig'lee -Down Under- - Twig'zilla

Fergus Glonshire [FoN] - Sakij Lovac [FoN] - Zatharus Rivermoon (TSS) - Bumble (TSS) - Body built for SyN

So, with Daylight Savings Time adjustments being this Sunday AM, are the times listed relative to that?

Oh good question are clocks here in the UK don't change anthill the end of the mouth It would be really annoying to miss what of the event I can make (most of it being between 1 and 5AM which I probably can't make) because you pesky foreigners changed your time :P

So am I out with any of these times?

03/12/10 1st heat 1200-1600 EST (1700 – 2100 GMT) 2nd heat -2000-0000 EST (0100-0500 GMT)
03/13/10 3rd heat -2000-0000 EST (0100-0500 GMT)
03/14/10 4th heat 1200-1600 EST (1700-2100 GMT) 5th heat 2000-0000 EST (0100-0500 GMT)

im sure the event will be fun the only problem i see is that there are only two factions.AO/RK and everyone else.so we end up with what happened last time AO/RK (Faction A )held relics that everyone else (faction B)
could not get so faction B split in two groups and raided its self and droped relics it was trying to steal from its self. so im sure this is how it will play out this time.which city are yall going to use this time?

I distinctly remember a 3 way battle going on in NC during the last relic event. Are you trying to say that SL/MA were purposefully dying so NC/TC could cap? Are you friggin kidding me? We have a little more pride than that in SL... We must have also had the RK and AO guys in on that too because a lot of our deaths came at the hands of them. JFC! you are just mad because you can't triple box for the wars.

You're a big arrogant "fill-in". Really there is not much I can add to your megalomany. We, "the rest" weren't fighting only against you, last time. I remember it clearly, most battles were fought in Daeron in the last heat. And even if you think you were cheated because we had some recaps. You could have attacked earlier and taken some relics, and thus not waiting in your castle for the events unfolding. Whatever, I'm really sick of the delusions of grandeur of some of the players here.

There was no “everyone else” when MA and SL were cleaned out, was it by RK I don't remember, we attacked RK with everyone we had and did not get much out of it we then went back and forth between hitting RK and NC. We were not working with NC we wanted to get some relic caps for ourselves. We wanted to go out with a bang and as we had no relics to defend at the time we hit you and NC with everything we had.

What did you expect us to do bow are heads and help RK? Or sit back and watch NC and RK have all the fun? No chance!
