update...

may 13, 5 PM EST

After unpluging and re-booting everything... we logged on fine...

the server seems fast and stable... with only a few lag spikes...

The check is in the mail

Server not showing up in my history list and am unable to find the ns4.realm website. Nor do I see it on NWNList.com. Any other ways to connect to the server?

It does not. The website ns4.nsrealm.com does not exist per my internet provider. What is the new IP number?

I had the same problem, but it was easily corrected by unplugging and rebooting my modem and router...

just a suggestion...

The IP Address is 198.199.110.140, but you should still try to find out why your ISP's DNS servers aren't working properly.

Before further help, confirm that you ran the critical rebuild patch. It's located in the updates to the first post at http://social.bioware.com/forum/Neverwi ... 490-1.html

Was on irc at that time and no one told us about server being down for an extended period (it'll be out for a few seconds every four hours to reset nwn).

There are about 25 people logged in as of 19:43 EDT. Do you get any kind of error message? Did you get banned?

im getting server timed out , ive tried shut down restart unplug modem been hrs, thought it was down because it's showing as down on nwnserver list. As far as I know I wasn't banned having done nothing bannable ??
