thanks to all for the nerve racking fun. Sitting there in Daeron I kept expecting the scaled fist of Aorks war machine to come rolling it. But surgical strikes appeared to be call of the day.

Funniest moments.. now I got two.. first was Cyclones rumble when he found our Rk raiding party in dwarven mines. He just walked up and said "Everybody take a seat" And we did.

Second was when the first of two SDs tried to login behind the tower in Daeron. We had covered thier log out position with traps, the unfortunate first one bore the brunt of it and looked to be near death before he loged out again. Must have be quite the surprise.

Really? I thought the funniest moment was the feared dragon @ the Arnoth/Daeron Outskirt. He was just pouting in the corner while the other dragon got beat up.

Close runner up was when you webbed Mantis in front of our mob :)

My personal favorite moment was raiding RK with Ricky Bobby, raising him up with a raise dead right by the relic cradle and then watching him get out of RK with a relic with only 1 HP.
I have always imagined that when shamed prepares for relic events, he grabs his bull horn, he finds his Napoleon hat, and he settles in for a weekend of barking orders and generally pissing off everyone in the tc/nc coalition. - Burrahobbit

Twig missed the dragon feared, guard duty meh. But yes the web was a lot of fun. From the first heat when the Aork SD got away with NC relic to get webed a few feet away from the Byrn dragon, to the very end when Cheese Wiz took a stream of goo in the face, and responded with a Whale of a Wail.

The Ricky escape is a definate moment of "Against all odds".

my only regret was missing all the other fun and action that was taking place in nearly every corner of Aetheria, beyond mine.

I had quite a few memorable moments:
(in no particular order)

The after-fight of heat 3 when thorac and I took on RK and got about 20 kills before finally getting both of us.

Hunting (and finding) Reaver RR hiding in a Duegar house after the strategic :x relic drop from cyclone to him. I think I could actually see a stain in his toon's pants.

Taunting Carlie as she hid quietly in a corner in the empty RK cradle. I spared her and I'm still not sure why, but I made up for it afterwards

The death of the ferryman in Black Hills. This led to a great battle and 3x kills on Amon PWnD until we hit the camping limit. I love to see them beg!

There was a particularly fierce battle in the Dwarven Upper mines that we held for a good hour, delaying 2 RK caps.

The battle for Arnoth mountains tunnels and Northwood. This is where the event ultimately ended.

Overall, RK was the place to be. Once it became overly apparent that the RK defenders were only going to leave their guildhall to attack once a relic was stolen from there cradle (which wasn't going to happen) we assembled the evil traveling circus and marauded all across the lands.

To those who questioned our motives, they were really quite simple. Kill everything we saw. Our numbers were low, and our starting teams not so strong. We could not dominate the beginnings of the heats, nor could we successfully defend any relics. At our height, I think we had a 9 man team. For an hour. So early on, we all agreed that we would just do what we do best. Slaughter everything, everywhere. And it was glorious

It was a good event for the most part well done to NC for winning and to RK for coming a close second.

Any way here are some screen shots I took.

Heh, all the above mentioned are great moments, and some I even remember. I was wondering why some RK chars who had relics did get that late back to the cradle. I thought it was a devious tactic heh. Good work on creating havoc, SL and MA. And again it is proven that numbers are almost all (and you had some great defense with your numbers at the end of heat 2 iirc.).
I distinctly recall the moment I tried to sneak in with Isilya and found a wall of mages in RK Underhome. Wow, and then they say mages are weak lol.
The other moment was, when we stole the last relic of the game. Moon carrying it through the mine tunnels to the orc tunnel. And RK having a massive choking point in the middle of the area. Some of us tried valiantly to confuse them, and it seemed to have worked. Moon passed the chocking point without much delay.

Oh and a special mention to Goat, our TC fire elementar, he was a great pillar of fire, steadfast and hard to kill.

What i find the most amusing, (besides the fact that nobody here knows whos who in AO/RK) was all the people that came into RK thinking alone they were going to take a relic.

What I find most amusing, or let me rephrase that, BEMUSING, is the endless patience DMs have in relation to certain players. You have broken almost every rule there is on this world, Cyclone, and yet and behold: There you are still playing and by some unknown mechanism, there are ppl who should know better giving you even MVP points. Go figure!

PS: to fellow TSS, FoN and CLAD members, you thought I would shut up after my rant on our forums, well you should know better. I won't let it rest till you admit that giving this underdeveloped specimen of the lowest human race a point isn't more than an impulse to chastice PWnD, which they even won't register, as they really don't care at all what he is up to. He might as well go on cheating, they even will cheer him on...

You need some serious professional help Nyeleni to get that massive chip off your shoulder. Who do you think you are passing personnel judgment on someone you know nothing about based off some silly game that you also know nothing about? Maybe if you went out and tried to interact with other humans you could get some and stop being such a b**ch to everyone, including your own guild members as you just admitted you were doing nothing but complaining to them. Next time you want to cast dispersions on somebody take a good look in the mirror and maybe come up with a reason, regardless how idiotic, of why you are so perfect and everyone else is so inferior to you. That way at least everyone can have a good laugh. Most of the people here understand this is what's called a GAME and isn't actually linked to REAL LIFE. Trolls like you are why I rarely read this forum. Leave the kid alone and find someone else to torture with your childish rants.

Have a good day all, except Nyeleni. I hope you burn in hell, I am sure I will run into you there. I will at least stop by the "bitter dried-up bar wench" section to check on you.

Lol, Im glad I had this effect on you, psiber, as you are one of those who condone the silly actions done by Cyclone. I don't know anything about him? That might be... Do I have to know anything about him in RL? Nope, I do not. His actions in Aetheria however are something else entirely. And after being a traitor to TSS, using a tagged char after he was asked not to, joining MD and being an active member of the moronic part of that guild, joining PWnD, cheating on two different occasions during events (one of which was organized by Ajantis), vengelogging (although I admit he didn't know he was doing something wrong here) etc. etc. etc. You really want to tell me, that one isn't on the lowest ladder of the players in Aetheria?
I know I'm not better than anybody else, sometimes I just come along as an arrogant jerk. And that is done on purpose, because I had to fight for my place since Ive been little. Being a little weight and female doesn't help in RL.

Besides, I have more RL activities than you all together in PWnD. And yes this is another example of my righteousness. Ignoring the last sentence, as it is another example of the sexist remarks done by players who need to be (better left out)...
