That is very true. I think they mess with you because you react every time JP. The dm's are nothing but volunteer players after all. They get bored as well and go looking for fun just like anyone else would. As I read somewhere else, you got on shout and said something like, “if you want to mess with me log a toon and let me beat you down..."

Well nothing wrong with that I suppose. I have seen much worse go un-punished. But really if you stop reacting they will stop bothering you. Or as I found a long time ago, warning.....

"Top secret information"

If you ask them for something every time they interact with you they will never want to be near you again. Ask for a de-level, or some free experience, ask for an item or whatever you can think of..... If they start the interaction that must mean they wanted to talk with you right? They may kill you and move on but at least that will be the sum of the interaction, and you wont feel like they are bothering you for an extended period of time....

LOL!

Give it a try... let me know how that works out for ya.

if they are "volunteer players" then they should be accountable to follow the rules as well. regaqurdless if i were to react or not, she had no right to continually instagate a fught, btw, " i hate you" is NOT against the rules, therefore it was an unlawful ban

Nobody is saying theres nothing wrong with what happend, but more that nothing can and will be done about it.
There doesnt seem to be any rules DM have to follow, and since they roleplay as gods in game, they basically can do whatever they want. While its fully understandable you want to stand up and say something when you feel you're being mistreated or when injustice is done, it doesnt help at all and might only get you in more trouble.
Its basically the price of playing on ns, you get a nice world to play on with a great community, but the downside is that you somehow need to find a way to not get too pissed off by DM doing stupid stuff.

from my own posts its clear I havent found a perfect solution for that too, so when you do, let me know ;)

Ofcourse we can always hope DM Kim realizes DM are part of the community too and instead of just trying to make the community behave and act the right way, maybe the DM can act the right way too and lead by example.

oh HELL yes, im glad someone else has the cahoonas to say something besides me, makes it all worth while, i mean about certain DM's in leadership thruout the past having a bad day or what ever the case, loggin opn, and instagating people , tho, it seems , some DM's pin point people, even when they do nothing wrong, i can see interaction as fun, dont get me wrong, but as a supervisor, i KNOW what a leader should act like, i also understand we are all humans, BUT! when its a common reacurance, its down right retarded. idk where y'all come from, but i live in a country that allows freedom of speech ( for now anyway, seems like socialism is on the rise) as long as it is principal, which i tried to keep it last night b4 i got booted. i would EXPECT that from a fellow American.

Uh right so.... my post I hope in no way shape or form said anything negative towards the staff of NS4. I was trying to both lighten the mood a little and say that without reaction you become a boring person.

The DM's as far as I can tell do have a set of rules they follow just to set some strait on that. I have seen some folks become Dm's and last a week or less because they try to abuse their power in some way or another.

Oh and as for freedom of speech.... LMAO..... did you see a constitution when you started playing NS4. As a player you have only the rights awarded to you by your common sense and only when they do not conflict with the rules or what the DM on at that time feels is reasonable behavior.
