wow.. that's a pretty expensive 400 watt, I paid around the same for my 850! and a bit before that I bought a case and 700 watt psu (both ULTRA) for $99 can.$...

Maybe it's the silence of the one quoted?

Yea it was the psu. I went to FRYs and picked up an antec model that is very quiet. 80 bucks I think.
I also defragged the hd which was at 27%. I had to redo the bios so it may be a little slower then it was, let me know and I can overclock it a little more.

The servervault is freaking huge lol.....

Anyone have a spare WD Raptor laying around? Could use a 2nd drive in this puppy.

I think Antec is making total garbage these days. Sure, it's quiet out of the box, give it a week or two for the "frictionless" bearings and paper capacitors to start making a pile of noise Their top-tier stuff was ok last year...but then the year before that nearly everything they made was quality.

Testimonial-wise, my FPS Blue Storm 500W is still pretty quiet after 8 months.

ok she's gone again.

Went down came back up for 2 minutes and went down again.

Now there were 3 dragon shapers on and all 3 of us said we did not crash server. 2 were together resting and buffing and i wasn't even shifted traveling to amazons.

I really wish people would check their facts before having ago at the shifters - get used to it.

Linux is doing everyting in his considerable power to fix the problem. Until he gives the ok on it stuffs going to happen. Like harder to hit dragons and maybe some more crashes.

But last night 3 of us were raiding for relics and i died around 5 times on a kobold shaper and didnt crash it once. So give it a chance plz.

server down atm for anyone else? it shows up in PW action with 26 people logged in but when I go to connect it says sever not found...it also shows up as offline on my history tab...

I have the same issue as Anicetus.

Can see the server in the lobby list and see numbers of people playing. Can view server details, including IP and port, but can't connect, either through the lobby or through direct connect, it just times out. Very strange....


EDIT:
Ok direct connect on the port suggested works when you type it right. Odd that you can't connect from the lobby though, bit of a barrier to new players...?

i use gamespy direct connect with a single port number and it pings both...i rarely if ever have to change my port.


actual direct connecting makes the ports that much more important.
