TL/DR: Needs a little more polish, but generally usable and stable with a bit of hassle to get there.

Hardware: Asus z170 board, 8gig ram, intel 6500 skylake, adata ultra ssd. Mobo UEFI seems a little dodgy 2 tries couldn't get it there although it would boot the live version fine. Went back to stone age with msdos MBR and so on, only minor gains and it's only 2 lines to separate out like /home to another partition.

Everything runs fine on that hardware (although I suppose even Win does), everything's instant, boot is lol fast and so on. Default settings at least work but aren't so pretty, there's at least a few of my preferred KDE appearance mods updated for plasma 5. Some new nice touches, some why is that not here in the WM.

So it's not the out of the box awesome that 12 and 14 were (really polished, stable and so on), but ok. Obligatory pic Image Cool, drag and drop worked on imgur.

Decent amount of software adding and tweaking to do still. And seeing if the rumors are true netflix will work out of box with chrome.

How's wayland and such doing? I tend to like things less bleeding edge in my everyday comp.

Couple patches helped my stability concerns, everything runs nicely, so the next rollup should be a good jumping off point. I threw in a gtx950 when they were on sale, so things are silent once I pull the spinning drive (need to make a backup point and grab the stuff I need off it.)
