There seems to be made a little progress when it comes to running singleplayer on linux (and with that proberly also multiplayer).

I'm in no real rush to play it in Linux using WINE. I'm not all that thrilled with the game in Windows with regards to performance. I can't see it being any better in WINE.

I'll attack it this weekend and see what I can do. If I can get it working I'll write a cookie cutter how-to.
