OK! i have to set the line down now for all the num wits
First i want to state that THEIR WILL BE NO MORE OKIE RECRUITMENTS TILL NS4

All Applications go to me, no one say "so and so said i could join a year ago" Untill i am aware of you being a okie you dont put okie in your name!

If one of the other okies says your in thats fine but run it by me first, im the one who keeps this all on track

as a final note
ALL OKIE APPLICATIONS COME TO ME IN A PM, NO ONE WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTILL NS4
