There is a 48 hour grace period before the current guild forums get deleted on those guilds who did not reapply.

Look at centurionator cross-eyed.... Between forums.. committee discussions, dozens and dozens of PM's back and forth.. e_mails, checking new guild halls/colors.. opening old guild halls.. making sure guild get there keys.. now you point out that I need to edit my post

Guild location and faction change: As per Guidelines All guild members must be from the faction where their guild is situated. Faction on a character is set on creation and can not be changed in game by a DM. If you wish to keep the same name on a new character, use the Devil Angel in the faction where the character was created. Wait until after a server reset, then make the new PC with the old name. See me in game for assistance with this, specially if you are not going to use the same name.

Guild Keys: As some Guild keys maybe bugged, anyone caught giving Guild Keys to non guild members run the high risk of being banned. The same goes for anyone caught with a guild key on their character who is not a member of that guild.
