Well, you can never win because you can have multiple IP addresses/domains and different CD keys as well, so you can't even script around the infinite possibilities to get around the system.T. I think just leave it as it is, guilds can police themselves, no need for some crazy scripting or DM enforcement, there are more important things for them to do than spy and people-manage!
