Tagging chars rules

Question for a dm and im sure there are some other out there with this question.

Originaly kst didnt care if you tagged your characters so we have a few people who have non tagged kst chars. Is there any way to have them remade to have the kst tag in there name?

lol, which is a round about way of saying "i didn't like the way it came out the first time so i need a complete rebuild with DM assistance"

NO kst has characters who were dyed and ran around killinf people in the name of kst (sour, sunnas,...) so no that is not the reason
