Brotherhood of Pain

Seeing as the guild of Brotherhood of Pain hasn't been on for sometime and the last time I saw a BoP toon it wasnt even the Gm. I asked this BoP toon about taking over the guild and he said he would ask the Gm as he was supposedly a real life friend with the Gm. I have not heard anything from this player yet. Is it possible if a guild hasn't been seen for some time that they get a new leader or terminated for room for other possible guilds?

I believe the founder/leader of the guild started this thread a few months back.

I think one member comes online on occasions, I've seen him a couple times in the past month.
