Quests amonst players!!

how about quests amongst players? Have bulletin boards where people can post quests like they want someone assasinated or need an item found. Also if you could have messages left for specific players so that if you put a bounty on someone's head he will not see the message only the one who will be hired for the job. In addition anonymous bulletin boards where you can post messages without showing your name would be more encouraging for players to spread rumours or jobs. Just a few ideas. Any other ideas please post.
