Chaos Gnome

Chaos gnomes are the most flamboyant gnomes. Brightly colored and rare, they are strongly inclined towards chaos, as their name suggests.

* Favored Class: Bard
* Must be Chaotic-aligned
* +2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma, +2 Constitution -2 Strength
* +1 to all saving throws
* Immunity to Confusion
* Level Adjustment +1

I agree it would be nice to have a bard favoured-class race.

The Chaos Gnome would need some tweaks though.

* +2 Charisma -2 Strength (+2 con replaced by the cha)
* Bonus Feat: Curse Song
* ECL 1

Also we should increase the gnomish subraces from the current two we have.

Add the Tinker Gnome - the famous arcane crafter. Famous for "tinkering" and the ability to survive mishaps of their own creation. A dedicated professional with a reclusive and eccentric nature.

* Favored Class: Wizard
* +2 Int +2 Con -2 Str -2 Cha -2 Wis
* UMD 10 +1 per 2 levels
* +2 to all saving throws
* ECL 2

The ECLs are high on both of those, but otherwise I likes.
