Scabs ( Scab fighter, Scab rogue, Scab mage, Scab priest)
Scabs are the lowest form of hell minion they scavanging all their gear from the fallen of hells wrath. they are quite resiliant to magic but vunerable to acid their gear is a eclectic bunch of odds and ends from groups who've found their way to hell wittingly or not. odly most is of blessed or divine nature most likely due to several thousand holy crusades into hell.

(dunno how random you can make the equipment they use but if you make 2 or 3 units per class and randomize what spawns with each mob you can get a good asortment of drops.)
Order of Blood monks

This order of monks has exsisted in hell for eons minions of Dispater ( old Devil from monster manule 1 ) they seek to do hells bidding in the eternal struggle. Most of the monks use hand crafted Kamas from a secret process handed down from generation to generation.

Dispair of Hell
at random intervles the travler to hell must make a concintration check to avoid a - 4 to will saves and -2 ab for 5 rounds ( cummitive if hit more than once within 5 rounds)
any way thought this would be a good way to suggest a new plane a tad bit tougher than Pos and Neg
