Githyanki Boost?

How about make the Githyanki special ability a bit more useful... like increasing the number of types it can be used a day to once every 3-5 levels or something.

Also it'd be nice if healed twice the amount of damage it dealt.

The amount of damage it does right now doesn't seem to cut it, and even if you reach level 39 it'll only do 45.5 damage on average... and by then 45.5 isn't much damage or healing.

The other subrace's special abilities tend to last a long time (e.g. Githzerai, Tiefling, Drow, Aasimar, Ghostwise Halfling, Deep Gnome), but Githyanki's is a one-shot deal that doesn't have much effect.

have a gith toon aswell, no complain about the token thou, its fun on low lvl vs rats,goblins etc. and at high lvl its free healing for you when you got banged by a decent mobgroup

althou the +3ecl seems a bit harsh, ok they get SR, but they not closer to a +2ecl like they are worked out in the nsrealm?

Human subraces have an extra +1 applied because the bonus feat and skill points from human are nigh impossible to remove. In PnP (i believe) they don't get those features.

I for one would like to see the damage type changed to magical, so the ability could be used against undead.

it's a psychic assault, it shouldn't work against undead.

True enough, but it shouldn't heal them when it used then either.
