Subrace decresed stats exploit

Is it an exploit to take a feat on a subrace that requieres a stat that will be decreased later on login?

I would say this would be an exploit. If you have knowledge of the exploit before you go into char creation and use it, you're gaining the benefits of stat increases without paying the tradeoff penalties.

So, don't do it.
