Been hanging out on Reflection hittign the Kobold camp every 15-20 minutes for the past hour or so. He hasn't spawned yet.
Any chance of getting his respawn fixed? An hour is a very long time for a quest-required enemy.

And difficult to boot - finished fighting him, looted his corpse and got blown up by an electrical trap on the chest 
But I agree, it can be painful when you're up to the final MA job quest, you've trekked all the way through difficult kobolds, and the boss just aint there because someone killed him a while ago.
