what about an endgame boss and the key to which was 6 relics?

I think this wuld be real cool.

an actual area that requires a party of at least 5-10 lvl 40s and mabey drops some really awesome gear.

mabey a unique item. not so much gear but something like a token of some sort.

also where is dracos lair.

NO really amazing drops, but your guild (or faction) get a point on a scoreboard for defeating her.

Then why defeat G1 for nothing? Boy, wasting all those raise scrolls and potions sounds like loads of fun. No offfense, but I think G1 should at least drop 1 thing amazing. Like, each time you defeat G1 you get a piece of gear. Totally random, so one time you could get boots and the next time a helmet. Could make it into a little collector's items, not too great that its crazy great but a little better than all of the other epic gear and hell-a-cool looking

just for the thrill of the first and for the status etc etc

of course there will be gear, but it doesnt ahve tobe the best in the game... that should really be left for quests etc

if the best gear is on the hardest person to get, guilds will just farm it, whereas if they best gear is gotten through long quests its easier for people who arent in a guild to get as it still take s a lot of work to do, but not a big group

Yeah you're right, I was thinking on the lines of slightly better than planar gear though. I forgot all about the quest gear, because we don't have any quests

By status, I thought it would be cool to make all G1 gear unique and sweet looking.

But nah, I remember watching minielvis take down Poxx (the hell-a-tough chicken from NS3.5) and I thought what a stupid server. Just imagine a newbie coming on the server hearing "Level 40 lfp to kill the Epic Dire Penguin."

Ok correct me if i am wrong but isnt the point of NS4 to do away with uber gear. I mean the longer we are out of beta the more uber this server gets. Go to 3.5 if you want uber, i am happy pleased and generaly gitty that this server is slow leveling and weak gear. It means you have to have some common sense when making your build. If G1 or and endgame boss goes in give that faction that defeated it some kinda of temporary xp bonus or something, but please stop with the uber gear already!

were not asking for a +20 whip vs girlie fons

were just saying mabey +7 gear lvl req 40 or something.

and were not asking for a udumbastage or nothing just something that's not so generic.

the damage to level progression ratio is very cookie cutter. not bad but I think some real god gear to ns standards would be real cool.

not looking for perma haste or nuthing
