wouldn't it make more sense to make them lawful only instead of neutral only....since they are favored as Monks?

Githzerai are neutral. Being monks has nothing to do with whether you are good or evil. The Neutral only requirement just means you can only be LN, N, CN.

Neutral only also includes Neutral Good and Neutral Evil.

BTW, I made one of theese yesterday, and ther when selecting subrace at the intro ceane, it said it gave +2 int and -2wiz, when it is the oter way around :p Also, the subrace item that gives them their ac bonus has a description implying it will create darknes, I'm asuming it is the same description that is on the drow and thiefeling items maybe...

Our ingame Racial selection screen still has some inaccuracies in it. Instead, please consult our racial selections guide here.

Its is more accurate than the ingame selection, though there may still be some errors.
