Before I begin, Id like to say I agree with the 1 PrC rule. Think it keeps the mod more balanced.

that being said: is there any way to release HS from this rule? It is only 5 lvls max, and is rarely used. about the only possible reason I can see for not wanting it to combine is the HS/CoT bug. but I have faith that a solution could be found for that.
