A ring with both disc and heal on it for a high level drop could be useful. Heal kits start losing their effectiveness in higher levels, let's keep diversity alive!
That being said, let's add some high DC disease to some of the enemies.
Ice Scout vs Sentinels
Switch their CR's, they don't seem "right"...
Make it 24 for the scouts, 25 for the sentinels.
Also the CR for Warriors seems low when comparing them to the sentinels and scouts. That or the CR for scouts and sentinels is too high.
Said it before, let's enable fail saves on 1.

Having monsters use items in their inventory or drop is great.
However putting a INT check into place to see if they actually have the mental capacity to use them would be great.
No biggy at all, but it's kind of weird seeing wolves throw grenades at you.

I noticed that the 100 hit dice undead under the ice giants only give 50 xp to a 25th level toon... why is this? you would think that a 1000 hitpoint creature would have a higher CR.
Been thinking it over for a few days and removing bonus AC from shields sounds like a great idea more than ever.
Of course readjusting certain monsters AB's would be well advised as well.
