hey this is my first post!

1) from what i have seen is each map is big! real big! too big to fill in the numbers that enter neversummer. if you scale down the maps it will encourage more interaction with people, reduce lag, and enough room to add extra little maps

2) citys like the last allience should not have big open spaces. make citys with streets and allys to give it a more city feal and even urban combat :twisted:

3)in the circle(forgot what the actuall name was) is full og nymphs and woods spirite that keep casting, either stop them from casting or reduce the numbers. it creates lagg

4) allow monk to be in the circle. it makes sense doesn't it? monks are peacfull people

1)dont worry, there is plenty of player interaction, you'll realize this soon enough

2)thats actually not a bad idea, problem is, they arent gonna completely remake the city of NS just to make it look cooler

3)actually, it doesnt cause much lag, they only cast a few spells when they spawn

4)SOME monks may be peacful, but they arent really the tribal/naturalistic sort of people. and thats what TC is all about

What would be good are fewer areas loaded with weak mobs like rats, beetles and goblins. Noobs only need so many of those to level on.

I agree with this. It is incredible pain for all classes without haste or messenger token. (like the whole TC faction). It takes me like 15 minutes of freaking boring walking to get to avendell from melencia. I don't miss the haste boots for extra casts or ab or AC, but for the freaking movement speed.

Any thoughts on letting Elvin cast spells on ppl for $$$?
Expeditious Retreat for example.
Also increase the cost for the length of spell that you want.
Could also make it a special version that dispels once combat is initiated.
Of course put a few checks on him so he keeps his neutral status and doesn't cast the spell on someone carrying a relic or whatever.

The nearest dragon from Melencia is at Beryn, and the time it takes to get to Beryn from Melencia is comparable to the time it take to get to Avendell from Melencia.

LoL well then TC is SoL unless you make a high dexer and take the Blinding Speed feat, or make an LA travel cleric to manufacture mass quantities of Haste pots... I normally keep a good number on my toons just in case i run out of speed when I really need it (hate coming down..just hate it)!

Well, with Expeditious Retreat and Invisibility, it doesn't take me too long to get from Melencia to Avendell... maybe 5 minutes?
Of course, most TC types don't have access to those spells, so they actually have to sorta pay attention to all the creatures en route...

Well, I don't use dragons because I'm one of the cheapest people you will ever meet. Melencia isn't too far from Avendell really, sure you have to go through the Enhanted Forest and Old Trade Route but heck. Thats goblins, fairies, and Rakshaa (a bit harder but I soloed them with a wizard with no summons at level 6, thats hard with no meat shields :D ). Until dragons start puttin' out coupons, I'll walk lol. Lower their prices to about 20 copper pieces, lol jk.
