Is it possible to turn off the voices of certain mosters?

For some reason any monster with a specific voice-set with spam the phrase "The day is lost" continuously if theyre caught in an area spell (i.e storm of vengence, battletide, stonehold, etc). Not only is this VERY annoying, but hinders party communication.

talking about drow priestess's? they do that when they have summons out and your whiping the heck out of them.

Hmm I can see where that would be annoying. I'll make sure I point out to the devs the proper voice set to use. It should be spamming you with "Your about to be beaten by a girl" *evil grin*

Seriously though, it is possible to do it, but in doing so it would kind of take away a bit from players in that faction. I know I prefer a vocal respose when I try and talk to an NPC who may have had a conversation update then just a post that turns towards me.

I think Rudash is talking about O'Lem Rebu of the ice giants, and there was another Amazon boss that does it as well.

yeah, P is right; I meant Olem and the spell slingers and a few other ppl throughout the game. cast 1 stonehold spell or storm of vengence and they wont shut up for the rest of the battle.

Would be ok if they said it once, but they spam it nonstop. It gets so bad that you cant talkto the other ppl in your team.

Also because they never shut up you can't get a gauge on damage level on them.

I thaught it might be deliberate to stop you from scoping them out.

Add Leonsbane and his little buddy to that list of spammers

we were trying to talk, but the slinger spammes so much I had to raise my window to read what they were saying. and like red said, you cant see how well youre doing as long as they spam either.
