Control Undead spell change

Hi devs

I have found while playing a palemaster that the spell control undead could use a small change. It would be great if it will add or exchange the wizards levels with palemaster levels. At the moment a high level wizard is much better at controlling undead than the palemaster whom is specialized in the undead.

Do not know if this requires much work or if you agree that it is a good idea to implement.
