Spell DC for casters get's a +1 every even level after 20, so +1 @ 22, +2 @ 24, etc.
This would be for the caster level only. So a 20mage/2rogue wouldn't get the +1, but a 22mage would.
New monk gloves. Drop from Jin Lance Voo.
Call them Voo Fists
Stats:
+4ac
+4ab
+6str
+2d6 cold dmg
lvl 20 req.
Some decent boots for dex based characters would be great as well:
+4ac
+6dex
+1 uni saves
lvl 20 req.
Drop from Jin Lance Voo as well?
Adding the two items would take 5 min at most, would be great to see these sooner rather than later.
The epic spell DC progression is nothing needed anytime soon just yet.
A few ideas...

I like the equipment ideas. Monks need a few more options for equipment I think.
Isn't the spell DC high enough already? I forget how exactly it's calculated now (I can never find it in the fricken documentation when I need to!), but isn't the spell DC the casters level + the level of the spell + amount of bonuses you have in that school?
So, for a 30 level wiz casting a horrid wilting (8th level spell) with Greater Spell Focus in necromancy (+4) that gives a spell DC of 42. Having a fort save of 42 is already pretty high (unless my equation is wrong).

Spell DC's high enough already? I think not. The only ones thinking they are high enough already are the ones that don't want to take the available precautions with their crap unbalanced builds.
And yes, it's: 10 + caster ability mod + spell level + focus feat
In epic levels all characters get +10 universal saves by the time they hit level 40.
Caster spell DC stops advancing for the most part when they stop gaining new spell levels.
The absolute maximum spell DC for a PC caster is 45 (48 for cleric's implosion spell), unless there is some DM intervention raising the caster's base casting ability, which doesn't happen in NS.
I have characters that are technically immune to all spells except for the dmg spells with saves for half dmg and the cheese n00b spells: igms and bigbies.
These characters are level 20 and are immune to level 40 casters using spells that require saving throws. Seems wrong to me, the casters should have some sort of chance.
I think it's a huge shame that mages and other casters need to rely on spells that are auto-hit, sooo lame.
Whether it be +1/2 epic caster lvls, +2/3 epic caster lvls, or enabling saving throw failure on 1's, something needs to be done about this current immunity to spells requiring a saving throw.
Don't knock this idea just because you want to build a character that sucks and gets wasted because you don't want or know how to build properly.
I'm making this suggestion because I just laugh at casters whenever they try to use any spell using a saving throw, which is the same reason I don't play casters except to have a crafter.
