I was thinking sliding scale based on how far you travel...where'd my map go? It's beta...I'll just take a guess about pricing that would be universally hated the most or something.
Frostdale has a rift shard (already I think) that need to be activated and places for merchants and such. That and the layout/creatures really need to be worked on...
