Lower the amount of time required to wait while crafting!!!

isn't the waiting time to lvl in crafting not depended on the place you are?

<Holds Eva's hands and looks deep into her eyes... then screams> 82 FREAKIN REAL DAYS!!!

Seems to be a "bug" that happened to server 2 after it's big crash, heard that other stuff is gone wrong also, like having to wait 82 days to cast Drow Darkness or something like that...
