hmmm toughness ???? were is toughness???

Ive just got my dwarf fighter to lv 9 and want to turn him into a rock hard dwarf defender but for some reason everytime i have level'd up it hasnt given me the option to choose toughness???

And before you say it yes he is lawful and yes he has base attack of more than +7, so can somone pls shed some light on the matter for me as it is very puzzling.

Toughness has no pre-reqs... sure you didn't take it already by accident?

The other incredibly obvious question would be if the character is in RK (dwarven defender is an exclusive PrC for Ragnar Kin).

Failing that, you might want to double check that there aren't any current bugs with your chosen subrace. Not aware of any with dwarves & the DD PrC, but you never know.

Hi thanks for the reply but no im positive i havnt taken it at an earlier lv ?the only thing i may have done is missed it and it isnt giving me the option to take it again ?

You always get the option to take it again, and you said you havn't already taken it, so thats rather weird!
You *are* part of Ragnar's Kin aren't you?
Are you a Subrace, or standard Dwarf?
Other than that, all I can think of is some kind of bug.

just got to lv 12 and now its given me the option to choose it ??? how strange ??
