Has this been discussed before....a bank system for storage?

Is there anywhere on the server where players can store their hard earned loot?

I know UO uses a bank/vault system.....


and other games even have houses and keeps.....

could maybe there be a vault at a factions headquarters so faction members could store gear and important items for future use?
